Where to shop for Halloween in Brighton
It’s that time of year again! All Hallows’ Eve is fast approaching and we Brighton Girls are getting ready for our Halloween party (you can still buy tickets here). To help y’all out, we’ve rounded up a list of shops where you can find everything you need to complete your perfect Halloween look.
Revamp Fancy Dress, Sydney Street
For all of your fancy dress needs, head to Revamp. They have late openings around Halloween too for those last minute dashes for the finishing touch to your outfit.
Partido, Western Road
Another fancy dress and party shop also open late around Halloween. Expect queues out the door on Saturday!
Poundland, Western Road (and various others across Brighton)
You can never go wrong with a trip to Poundland! It’s all a pound for a start, and you might be surprised with what you can find.
Fabric Land, Western Road
For DIY outfits, head to Fabric Land for a great selection of, well, fabric! Plenty of Halloween themed fabrics too.
Fabric Fair, Gardner Street
Another great place to try for DIY is Fabric Fair for fabrics, yarns and netting.
Charity Shops (various)
Don’t know what you want to be or what you’re looking for? Head to the numerous charity shops in Brighton for inspiration and bargains while doing some good at the same time.
Superdrug, Western Road/Churchill Square
Cheap and cheerful make up needed? Superdrug has got you covered, stocking the likes of Barry M and Sleek who do super bright and varied palettes for reasonable prices.
Snoopers Paradise, Kensington Gardens
Again, if you’re not looking for anything in particular just head down here and have a good rummage. Check out Snoopers Attic too.

As well as their usual wares, each Halloween Brighton stalwart Dirty Harry sells prison jumpsuits and brides’ dresses as standard.

Open Market, Marshalls Row
Everything and anything under one roof. You can find secondhand clothes, handmade bits and pieces, fabric shops and pumpkins!
