High Intensity Interval Training Circuit, focusing on functional movements and metabolic adaptations! 10-12 different exercises ranging from calisthenics to light resistance training, targeting every part of your body and making sure you get a lot of bang for your buck! No prior gym experience or baseline fitness levels necessary!
