SOS stands for Seen On Screen, and this means that the routine you'll be taking part in has been choreographed by one of the world's top backing dancers who have worked with the likes of Beyonce, Rihanna and Dua Lipa.

In this 90 minute session, you'll get to dance along to Beyonce's I'm That Girl!

We'll be learning this routine from scratch and it's suitable for all levels of ability - if you've never danced before or you're a total pro, come and join us for a fun session, learning a fire routine and feeling empowered by all the queens around you!

In attendance will also be Boobydoo to give us an expert talk on sports bras and how they should be fitting you to get the best and most comfortable workout of your life.
