Join Leeds Girls on Sunday 12th May at Leeds Dock for another session of our rejuvenating Yoga at Yoga Hero.
It’s a great way to wind down after the weekend, and why not join us for a coffee afterwards next door?
Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes before the session.
All mats and equipment is provided - just bring your lovely selves and comfortable clothes. All levels welcome.

So, if you’ve just moved to Leeds or have been here forever but fancy making some new pals this is the event for you! We understand that coming to an event can be daunting if you haven’t been to one before (or sometimes even if you have!)
We really want you al to know that absolutely everyone on the Leeds Girl group is welcome. We are a group of kind, supportive and inclusive girls who are all here with the same thing in mind - to create some strong connections and quality friendships.
So please don’t worry if you’re feeling anxious as those anxieties will certainly fade once you’ve met us!
